Order Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 7–14 business days.
Due to international fulfillment, logistics constraints, and periods of high demand, delivery may take up to 30 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.
All delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only, and are clearly communicated before purchase and during checkout.
An order is considered within the normal delivery window as long as it has not exceeded 30 business days after dispatch.
Fulfillment, Tracking & Refund Eligibility
Once an order has entered the fulfillment process and a tracking number has been assigned, the order is considered shipped and no longer eligible for a refund, except in the following cases:

The order is returned to sender due to a fulfillment error
The assignment of a tracking number confirms that fulfillment has begun.
Orders showing active tracking and still within the stated delivery timeframe are not considered lost and are not eligible for refund.
Delivered Orders
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled and not eligible for refund, regardless of whether the package is claimed or retrieved by the customer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address information provided by the customer.
Such orders are not eligible for refund.
